About Me

Your healing is my goal

For those ready to heal at the root and step into the life they’re meant to live.

I guide clients to heal deeply, restore their sense of choice, and understand the deeper meaning of their life journey.

You’ll be supported by a certified psychology therapist with a master’s degree in counselling and advanced training in interpersonal regression therapy through TASSO, a respected past life regression institute in the Netherlands. With over 250 hours of psychological therapy and more than 1,000 hours of performance and life coaching experience in the corporate world, sessions blend deep inner work with practical, real‑life application.

This space is for people moving through trauma, recurring patterns, or major life transitions who want more than surface‑level change. Our work together is designed to help you align your conscious intentions with deeper inner clarity, so old wounds can heal, limiting patterns loosen their grip, and you can begin to choose—and live—the life that feels truly yours.

Supporting you in healing and living with greater clarity and balance.

I believe that one approach does not fit everyone. My work integrates talking therapy with regression-based methods that explore the deeper, often subconscious roots of our patterns.

Regression institutes such as TASSO describe this work as focused and short-term, designed to reach core experiences in fewer, more intensive sessions. Research summaries from regression-therapy associations report that many clients show large and lasting reductions in emotional and physical symptoms after a series of regression sessions, sometimes achieving changes that had not come from years of conventional talk therapy alone.

Dr. Brian L. Weiss, M.D., a renowned psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and author trained at Columbia University and Yale School of Medicine, has also helped bring attention to how past life regression can reveal the roots of unexplained fears, psychosomatic symptoms, and repeating relationship patterns.

My intention is to bring these tools together in a grounded way: to help you uncover the root of your concerns, whether they arise from trauma, recurring life patterns, or deeper subconscious influences, so you can heal old wounds, regain a sense of choice, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

“While every person is unique. The published regression‑therapy studies suggest meaningful change is often possible in a relatively small number of focused sessions.”

Condensed Deep Work

Psychiatrist Denys Kelsey reported that “in a maximum of twelve hours of regression therapy, I can accomplish what will take a psychoanalyst three years.”

Long Lasting Change

Past life regression shows roughly a 32% lower relapse rate than standard talking therapy

Why work with me

I do not offer traditional long-term talk therapy.

Unlike approaches that can involve years of open-ended conversations with uncertain outcomes, I specialize in targeted, laser-focused regression therapy—drawing from methods like those pioneered and practiced by experts such as Hans TenDam (associated with Tasso International). This approach addresses specific issues efficiently, typically requiring only a few sessions per core problem.

In TenDam’s own analysis of over 100 client courses, the average was just 5 hours of work (with most between 2–8 hours, and very few extending to 25 hours), His data showed that deeper, focused regression work (often incorporating past-life elements alongside present-life connections) delivers meaningful results—insight, emotional balance, and relief—without prolonged treatment. Past life regression and similar transpersonal therapies are generally short-term and solution-oriented, with many clients experiencing significant shifts in 2 to 12 sessions (1 hour per session) depending on the issue .

Anything substantially beyond 25 hours of work for addressing a primary problem is generally not the goal or expectation in this modality, as sustained progress comes from precise, transformative work rather than extended exploration.

My practice emphasizes efficiency, client empowerment, and lasting change in a compact timeframe. If you’re seeking focused resolution rather than ongoing dialogue, this may be the right fit.
